Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience with five or more years in leadership/management.
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the annual practice budget with sector leadership to maximize profits.
• Oversees employee relations, engagement, and development within the practice.
• Maintains client relationships and ensures high-quality client experience and profitability across projects.
