Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in personnel or project management.
• Demonstrated success building and managing a sales pipeline and supporting pursuit strategies.
• Experience managing client engagements or projects from initiation through delivery.
• Background in consulting, professional services, or matrixed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient practice operations to support client delivery and revenue growth.
• Monitor workload, resources, and timelines to ensure commitments are met.
• Partner with Practice Director for budget development and oversight.
• Participate in industry committees, task forces, and leadership opportunities at local/regional level.
• Refine processes to improve quality, responsiveness, and consistency across engagements.
• Align operational priorities with business development goals with sector leadership.
• Track KPIs related to pipeline health, client activity, and project execution.
• Lead client communications, expectation setting, and issue resolution throughout engagements.
