You will lead client engagement, shape proposals, and support pursuit strategies while ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives and sector priorities.

The role oversees operations, coordinates resources, and collaborates with sector leadership. It may be remote, with hybrid schedule near an Henderson office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline and pursuing opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Manages client relationships and market development within the region.
• Supports proposal development and determines profitable fee structures.
