Qualifications

• Ten (10) or greater years of relevant experience, with a minimum of five (5) years leadership/management experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
• Proven track record in engaging with clients and maintaining effective relationships over time.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results based on client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated understanding and participation in professional networks in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees strategies and efforts relative to client experience, profitability, technical quality, innovation, business development, and employee engagement for the practice.
• Aligns vertical markets and clientele per sector leadership and drives business while ensuring quality standards.
• Mentors project staff on client expectations and service standards; grows presence with sector strategy.
• Leads and supports growth, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration; monitors market trends to sustain competitiveness.
• Oversees all operation areas of the practice, ensuring staffing, resource allocation, and process improvements to enhance client experience.
