Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Ability to multitask and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk daily operations for the practice location and ensure quality customer service for in-person and telehealth patients.
• Assist patients with scheduling, payments, insurance verification, and portal access; triage issues as needed.
• Support clinicians and staff with administrative tasks including letters, faxes, and appointment auditing.
