Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Healthcare operations and/or patient-facing experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and daily front-office tasks for the practice.
• Greet patients, check in/out, schedule appointments, and coordinate telehealth access.
• Process payments and assist with patient billing questions.
• Support clinicians with administrative duties and scheduling accuracy.
