The role requires strong multitasking, communication, and HIPAA compliance, with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour plus quarterly bonuses. Healthcare experience and proficiency with MS Office and EMRs are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients at front desk with courtesy.
• Handle scheduling, billing questions, and portal inquiries.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-payments.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to ensure smooth operations.
