Job summary

HDR Engineering is looking for a Power Project Manager to join our growing team of program management professionals. The role focuses on planning, executing, and closing power projects of varying size, including scope, schedule, and budget management, with coordination across HDR staff and client teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and experience with PMIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with design teams.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across HDR scope.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and risk; ensure QA/QC.
• Report progress to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and support marketing/proposal efforts.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
