Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management or MBA/Business.
• 3+ years in a deputy PM role for programs with $200M+ value, or 5+ years PM/Controls for such programs.
• 10+ years leading multidisciplinary teams on large projects.
• Strong leadership and cross-location team management.
• Experience with PMIS, scheduling, cost control, risk and dashboards.
• Active participant in an employee‑owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power transmission, distribution, generation, and renewables projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for scope, contract management, and program performance.
• Advise on technical, regulatory, strategic, and financial aspects of power programs.
• Direct and manage HDR staff and sub‑consultants, including engineering, controls, environmental, real estate, and data management.
• Assess staffing needs and ensure resources align with contract scope and performance.
• Facilitate risk workshops and develop risk management plans.
• Develop program management plans, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Collaborate with project controls to monitor scope, schedule, budget and adjust as needed.
• Prepare monthly program reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business development to identify growth opportunities and support proposals.
• Travel on average 25%.
