HDR is seeking a Power Program Manager to lead planning and execution of programs for power clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, serve as the client’s trusted advisor on delivery strategies, and ensure governance and QA across projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• PMIS experience and familiarity with project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for scope, contract management, and governance.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, and delivery strategies for power programs.
• Direct and manage HDR staff and subconsultants across engineering, controls, environmental, and real estate.
• Assess staffing needs and ensure resources and QA/QC meet contract requirements.
• Facilitate risk workshops and develop risk management plans.
• Develop program management plans to drive accountability and transparency.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget with project controls and adjust as needed.
• Prepare monthly program reports and update dashboards for stakeholders.
