Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering/Construction/Business.
• PE license and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with PMIS tools (E-Builder, ProCore, Kahua, Oracle Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver T&D, power generation, renewable energy projects.
• Serve as primary contact for clients regarding scope, contract management, and program performance.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, strategic planning, and delivery strategies for power programs.
• Direct and manage HDR staff and subconsultants across engineering, controls, routing, environmental, real estate, and data management.
• Assess staffing needs and secure resources to meet contract scope and QA/QC requirements.
• Facilitate risk workshops and develop risk management plans with clients.
