HDR, Inc. is seeking a Power Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of power infrastructure programs for diverse clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams of engineers and specialists, providing strategic delivery direction and governance.

A strong client-facing role with emphasis on accountability and transparency. The position requires a proven track record in program management for large-scale power projects and a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to present to client executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver T&D, power generation, renewable energy projects.
• Serve as primary client contact regarding scope, contract management, and program performance.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory and delivery strategies for power programs.
• Direct and manage services by HDR staff and subconsultants across engineering, controls, routing/siting, environmental, real estate, and more.
• Assess staffing needs and ensure resources to meet contract scope; promote team alignment and QA/QC.
