Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• 3+ years of program management experience in a deputy role for programs with capital value ≥ $200 million, or
• 5+ years as PM/Project Controls for programs with capital value ≥ $200 million, or
• 10+ years PM directing multi-disciplinary teams for at least two programs, each ≥ $50 million.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to present to executives.
• Experience with PMIS/CMIS tools and modern program governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver T&D, power generation, renewable energy, etc. projects to achieve client-defined outcomes.
• Serve as primary client contact for scope, contracts, program performance, work planning, staffing, and more.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, strategic planning, and delivery approaches for power programs.
• Direct and manage HDR and subconsultant teams including engineering, controls, routing/siting, environmental, and real estate.
• Assess staffing needs and secure resources to meet contract scope while maintaining QA/QC.
• Facilitate risk workshops and develop risk management plans with clients and internal teams.
• Develop and implement program management plans, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Monitor scope, schedule and budget with project controls and adjust to meet targets.
• Prepare monthly program reports or dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business development to identify growth prospects and support proposals.
• Travel on average 25% of the time.
