Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of power infrastructure programs. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers, controls, environmental, and real estate professionals to deliver projects aligned with client goals.

You will serve as the main client contact for scope, contracts, and performance, advising on delivery strategies, risk management, and governance to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Master’s degree and/or Professional Engineers License and/or PMP Certification.
• Experience with PMIS such as E-Builder, ProCore, Kahua, Oracle Primavera, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding scope, contract management, and program performance.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, strategic planning and delivery strategies.
