Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of power infrastructure projects for diverse clients across the United States. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a solid background in program management, and experience with PMIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of program management in deputy role for large programs OR 5+ years as PM/Controls for large programs OR 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams on large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary client contact on scope, contracts, performance, and staffing.
• Advise on delivery strategies, regulatory considerations, and governance.
• Direct and manage HDR and subconsultant teams for project execution.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC to meet client expectations.
• Develop and implement program management plans and tools to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with business development to identify growth opportunities.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
