You will serve as the client liaison, shape delivery strategies and governance, and ensure performance against schedule and budget. This role emphasizes leadership and collaborative problem solving in a dynamic, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• 3–10+ years of program management experience across complex capital projects; ranges listed in the ad or equivalent.
• Experience with PMIS tools (E-Builder, ProCore, Kahua, Oracle Primavera).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for scope, schedule and budget.
• Advise on delivery strategies, risk management, and program governance.
• Develop and manage program plans, processes and QA/QC.
• Monitor resources, staffing, and subcontractor performance.
