Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Program Manager to lead planning and execution of power infrastructure programs for clients. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams and serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
  • Program management experience with capital values as specified in the ad.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR) and PMIS tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power projects (T&D, power generation, renewables) per client goals.
  • Serve as primary client contact for scope, performance, planning and staffing.
  • Advise clients on technical, regulatory, and delivery strategies.
  • Direct and manage HDR and subconsultant teams across disciplines.
  • Assess staffing needs and ensure resources and QA/QC meet expectations.
  • Develop program management plans and drive efficiencies with governance tools.
