Job summary

Precision Iceblast Corporation seeks three Territory Sales Managers to drive growth across the Western U.S. The role requires deep knowledge of the power generation sector, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel extensively to customer sites, outages, and industry events.

Ideal candidates bring an established book of business or strong contacts within power facilities such as combined-cycle plants, HRSGs, gas turbines, boilers, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the power generation industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within your territory.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with power generation customers throughout your territory.
• Identify upcoming outages, maintenance projects, cleaning opportunities, inspections, and plant improvement projects.
• Work directly with plant and maintenance personnel to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Develop proposals, scopes, and pricing with PIC’s operations and estimating teams.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through project completion.
• Travel throughout your territory for customer visits, site walks, outages, and industry events.
• Develop new accounts while continuing to grow existing customer relationships.
• Represent PIC and our specialized cleaning, inspection, and coating services to the power generation industry.
