Job summary

MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking a Sales Representative – Power Generation, Service & Controls to cover the Mountain West Territory. This remote role requires residence near Salt Lake City, with up to 50% travel to client sites across MT, ID, WY, CO, NV, and UT.

You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, secure new business, and provide consultative technical service solutions for industrial markets, while expanding cross-sales into the ISS portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical service sales, outside sales, or application engineering experience.
• Experience in power generation, steel mills, oil & gas, mining, or utilities.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, develop opportunities, and close business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% and manage a dispersed territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prospect, and close new business in the Mountain West Territory across power generation and industrial services.
• Drive new customer acquisition through proactive prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and relationship development.
• Build relationships with clients through consultative engagement and technical expertise.
• Promote technical service solutions and cross-sell the broader Industrial Service Solutions portfolio.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share.
