Job summary

W.W. Williams seeks a Regional Sales Manager of Power Generation who will direct the domestic sale of power generation equipment, including standby, continuous, portable units, and related gear, within the Southwest Region.

You will work with senior sales leaders and OEM partners to grow market share and build a loyal customer base. The role demands strategic leadership, strong communication, and a proven record in diesel engines and electrical equipment sales, with a focus on customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; minimum 5 years of field experience in diesel engines, electrical mechanics, and generators.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements strategies to achieve financial goals and plan-year targets.
Interview, hire, and review sales personnel; create new positions as needed.
Coach and support team in technical and customer aspects; help win business and close deals.
Develop efficiencies and cost controls in the sales process; monitor expenses and budget.
Report monthly operating results, new business wins/losses, revenues, and margins to the VP.
