Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field (Engineering preferred).
• Typically requires 6 years of relevant experience in engineering or power utility industry.
• Typically requires 1–2 years of business development success in Electric Utility sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to all stakeholder levels; evidence of client relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for assigned clients and develop relationships with key client contacts.
• Identify new business and marketing opportunities; develop client-specific business development and marketing plans.
• Develop/update annual sales forecast and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with technical management to develop key technical proposals in a matrix environment.
