Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Power Delivery and Energy team. You will lead client relationships, identify new opportunities, and shape strategic proposals with technical experts.

Based in the Atlanta area or remote, you will develop client-specific business and marketing plans, forecast sales, and collaborate across engineering teams to deliver compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adjust messaging to all levels of stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing, retaining, and maintaining clients
• Experience in responding to RFQs/RFPs and coordinating proposals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to travel 50-75%

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: main contact for assigned clients and foster relationships
• Business Development & Marketing: identify new opportunities and develop client-specific plans
• Sales & Forecasting: develop/update annual sales forecast to meet goals
• Proposal & Technical Collaboration: work with management and engineering to develop proposals
