Job summary

You will partner with technical experts to craft strategic proposals and marketing plans, driving growth across multiple offices and remote arrangements. The role emphasizes building strong client networks, managing forecasts, and collaborating on high-impact proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field is required; an engineering degree is preferred.
• Typically requires 6 years of relevant experience in engineering or power utility industry.
• Typically requires 1-2 years of business development success in the Electric Utility sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the power industry and EPC project developers.
• Experience developing and presenting proposals for potential clients, including conference settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to travel 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as a primary contact for assigned clients and build key relationships.
• Business Development & Marketing: identify new business opportunities and develop client-specific plans.
• Sales & Forecasting: develop and update annual sales forecasts to meet goals.
• Proposal & Technical Collaboration: work with management and engineering teams to develop key proposals.
