Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead high voltage substation and transmission line projects. Based in Texas with remote work options, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships across the South and Southwest region.

You will guide project teams, drive risk management, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure QA/QC compliance while coordinating with area and technical managers to meet business objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field within the Power & Energy Market.
• 12 years of relevant post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• Minimum of 5 years leading engineering/construction teams for high voltage/substation or transmission line projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substation and/or transmission line projects, managing budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders and report progress to clients and executives.
• Support pursuit activities including Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews, and risk mitigation.
• May participate in or lead contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Lead the technical review process and ensure QA/QC compliance across projects.
• Provide strategic inputs to multi-disciplinary teams and mentor staff.
