WSP Global Inc. seeks a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead high voltage substation and transmission line projects in Houston/Austin/Fort Worth with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 12 years of post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• Experience leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV substation and transmission projects.
• Experience with PM processes: contract, risk, scheduling, earned value, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substation and transmission line projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead pursuit/initiation activities including go/no-go decisions and contract reviews.
• May participate in contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Direct technical reviews and assign qualified staff for QA/QC deliverables.
• Offer strategic input to multi-disciplinary teams and advise clients at a high level.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to assigned staff and manage performance.
• Ensure documentation updates to PMP, QP, PSP, and communications plans.
