Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets to drive program success.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across disciplines such as planning, design, construction, procurement, risk, and governance.
• Identify issues and risks; provide strategic advice, problem-solving, and timely decisions.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans, and work plans to drive efficiencies and transparency.
