Job summary

PreSales Collective is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to drive post-signature use case ideation and intake for enterprise accounts. You will structure new use cases under existing agreements and coordinate with client owners to create a connected customer experience over a multi-year relationship.

You will partner with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Client Success, and Product, owning intake templates, tracking requests, and maintaining Salesforce records to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation, client success, or related roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS is preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational discipline to manage multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts and APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-signature use case ideation and sequencing under existing contracts.
• Own client use case intake templates and guides.
• Schedule discovery sessions aligned with governance timelines.
• Support handoff to implementations, production, UX, and client success.
• Track product and feature requests tied to a signed agreement.
• Maintain use case records and Salesforce data across accounts.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and directors on enterprise accounts.
