Drips.com is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to drive the ideation, intake, and delivery of use cases after an enterprise agreement is signed. You will structure new use cases, manage intake, and coordinate with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Client Success, and Product to ensure a connected customer experience.
You’ll collaborate across teams, maintain Salesforce records, and keep a living roadmap of post-sale use cases for long-term client partnerships.
Position Summary: We are seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to drive the ideation, intake, and delivery of use cases once an enterprise agreement has been signed. This role sits within Solutions Consulting and picks up where a deal's signature leaves off: structuring new use cases as a client's book of work grows, running the intake process that turns scattered client requirements into a connected customer experience. The ideal candidate finds energy in sustained account partnership rather than deal-by-deal pursuit, and wants to go deep on the full lifespan of an enterprise relationship instead of discovery-to-proposal in isolation.
This role supports active enterprise accounts across the Solutions Consulting team. It does not report to, or sit under, an individual Solutions Consultant.
You're driven and organized at your core; someone who keeps a dozen moving pieces straight without being asked twice, and who pushes work to its next step rather than waiting to be told. You're energized by what happens after a deal closes: turning a signed agreement into a living roadmap of use cases that builds, one connected moment at a time, toward a fuller customer experience. Working with a client often over a year or more. You're comfortable with the technical details that come with it: data flows, triggers, what the platform can and can't do today, but you don't treat the existing toolkit as a ceiling. You get real satisfaction from looking at what Drips already has and finding a creative way to combine it to solve a client's next use case, rather than assuming every ask means new product requirement. You can hold several in-flight use cases under one agreement at once, each on its own clock, without losing sight of what's scoped and what's waiting on the client. And above all, you partner naturally with the Solutions Consultant, Implementation, Client Success, and Product who build and run what you ideate. This role only creates value in the handoff, so earning trust across teams has to be instinct, not an afterthought.
