Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to coordinate post‑sales activities with major North American customers. You will manage orders, schedules, and delivery alignment while coordinating with manufacturing and logistics to meet commitments.

The role requires collaboration with demand planning, strong communication, and travel to client sites and Silvus HQ as needed. This position offers the option for remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office; ERP familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales operational liaison with North America customers.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate to internal teams.
• Track open purchase orders and collaborate with manufacturing and logistics to meet on-time delivery.
• Manage escalation for hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures; oversee RMA process.
