Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Supervisor Post Foreclosure to lead a team of Post Foreclosure Specialists and Administrators. You will ensure efficient processes, oversee training, and manage personnel to meet timelines and metrics.

Responsibilities include coaching, policy development, data tracking, and coordinating with attorneys. On-site role with emphasis on oversight, collaboration, and productivity within a mortgage services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience required.
• 6+ years’ foreclosure or mortgage service-related experience required.
• 1–2 years’ management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the staff of Post Foreclosure Specialists and Administrators.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement new processes.
• Train new hires on systems of record, investor guidelines and industry standards.
• Train the team on new processes as implemented.
• Use reporting to manage the team and ensure timelines.
• Handle personnel management including coaching and reviews.
• Act as Post Foreclosure point of contact for other departments and attorneys.
• Track and analyze departmental data and report activities.
• Assist with attorney billing and invoice approval.
• Accept special tasks and ensure objectives are met.
• Make business decisions based on recovery likelihood vs liability risk.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management.
