Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Supervisor Post Foreclosure to lead a team of Post Foreclosure Specialists and Administrators, ensuring efficient processes, timelines, and metrics. You’ll oversee training, personnel management, and cross-department coordination with attorneys.

The role requires on-site presence for essential duties, and candidates should bring a strong background in foreclosure/mortgage servicing and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience required.
• 6+ years’ foreclosure or mortgage service-related experience required.
• 1-2 years’ management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the staff of Post Foreclosure Specialists and/or Administrators.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and help implement new processes.
