Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Manager - Foreclosure to ensure the Foreclosure Department runs efficiently, with dashboards, metrics, and process improvements. You will directly manage Foreclosure Supervisors and frontline specialists, coaching for growth and ensuring timely actions with investors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience.
• 2+ years’ experience managing people.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Ability to pull data and analyze for program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees foreclosure group processes and dashboards.
• Ensures documentation is complete and accurate.
• Liaises with internal partners for timely processing.
• Reports on foreclosure metrics and manages performance.
• Mentor Foreclosure Supervisors and develop leaders.
