Newrez LLC is seeking a Supervisor Post Foreclosure to lead a team responsible for post-foreclosure activities and to ensure efficient operation with strict adherence to timelines.

You will oversee training, policy development, and collaboration with internal teams and law firms, while making decisions balancing recovery opportunities and risk. This on-site role demands hands-on leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of foreclosure or mortgage service-related experience.
• 1–2 years of management experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the staff of Post Foreclosure Specialists and /or Administrators.
• Develop and maintain up to date policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and help implement new processes, as necessary.
• Training of new hires on all systems of record, investor guidelines and industry standards
• Training of team on new processes as implemented.
• Use reporting to manage the team and make changes to reporting as necessary to ensure adherence to timelines.
• All aspects of personnel management including coaching and annual reviews.
• Act as the Post Foreclosure point of contact for other departments within the Company as well as attorney firms on escalated issues.
• Track and analyze departmental data and report on the activities of the team.
• Assist with attorney billing and invoice approval.
• Accept special tasks as necessary and assume responsibility for successfully achieving objectives.
• Must be able to make business decisions based on likelihood of recovery versus liability risks.
• Performs related duties as assigned by management.
