Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Manager - Foreclosure to ensure efficient foreclosure operations, supervising Foreclosure Supervisors and frontline staff. You will lead process improvements, develop dashboards, and partner with internal teams to ensure timely actions and strong reporting.

The role requires 6–8 years in foreclosure or mortgage servicing and at least 2 years of people management, with strong project management and data analysis skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• 2+ years’ experience managing people required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the foreclosure group's processes and performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for foreclosure processes.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely processing of foreclosure actions.
• Coach Foreclosure Supervisors and develop future leaders.
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams on processes.
• Review pipeline with external clients and address impediments.
• Ensure timely resolution of high-risk items.
• Maintain documentation and conduct regular meetings.
