Job summary

Saab AB in the United States is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities after hardware delivery to DoD customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with leadership and customers, and ensure quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across fielded systems.

You will manage spares and repairs, track program metrics, and contribute to financial planning and RCCA processes, traveling up to 15% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with required experience.
• Experience in Project Management and cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for post-delivery activities for DoD customers.
• Provide programmatic leadership for depot and customer support activities.
• Manage orders, spares, repairs, and service contracts for integration and testing.
• Coordinate service event planning with customers, Saab engineers, and field staff.
• Track performance metrics: cost, schedule, and quality across sustainment activities.
• Support revenue forecasts and period-to-period planning.
