Saab, Inc. in the United States seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment for fielded DoD systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with customers, and drive quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle of delivered assets.

Your role emphasizes depot and customer support leadership, spare parts and service contract management, and performance tracking, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with relevant PM experience.
• Experience in project management in a defense or complex systems environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Current Secret Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities and stakeholders.
• Provide programmatic leadership of depot and customer support, including planning, resource prioritization, and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order management.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, service contracts, and integration activities with cross-functional teams.
• Track on-time delivery and key program metrics; support revenue forecasting and order projections.
