Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for multiple DoD customers. You will coordinate with leadership, customers, and Saab teams to ensure performance, quality, and continuous improvement across fielded systems.

Responsibilities include leading depot support, managing orders and spares, planning service events, and driving RCCA actions. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities and coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide programmatic leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities, including prioritization, resource planning, and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, including quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order Management.
• Manage spares and repair quoting, order management, and service contract proposals for integration, on-site testing, and training.
• Coordinate service event planning and execution with customers, Saab engineers, and field technicians; ensure parts/materials are available.
• Support field technicians during service events and facilitate follow-up discussions with Saab teams.
• Track on-time delivery and other key metrics; manage cost, schedule, and quality across sustainment.
• Participate in Saab’s financial planning cycles with revenue forecasts and order projection feedback.
• Analyze failure trends to drive improvements and mitigate inventory risks.
• Complete system handovers and present program updates during PMRs.
• Ensure compliance with Saab SOPs and identify process improvements.
• Travel up to 15% annually (domestic and international).
