Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for DoD customers and fielded systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage spares and service contracts, and coordinate with customers and leadership to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Key tasks include coordinating with Saab engineers, tracking performance, and driving Root Cause Corrective Actions to mitigate inventory risks and improve reliability. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with related experience in engineering, business, or similar fields.
• Experience in project management and working in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and ability to manage multiple action items.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-delivery contact for DoD customers and Saab stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for depot and customer support activities with cost/schedule oversight.
• Manage spares, repairs, and service contracts for integration and field support.
• Coordinate events, parts planning, and troubleshooting with Saab teams.
• Track delivery performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
