Saab AB in the United States seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for fielded DoD systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with customers, and manage spares, repairs, and service contracts to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires strong program management, leadership, and continuous improvement focus. Travel up to 15% and collaboration with Saab leadership across multiple sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in collaborative team environments and in project management.
• Proficiency with Word, Visio, Excel, Project and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority; hold Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-delivery contact coordinating with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities; manage cost and schedule performance.
• Manage agreements, quotes, POs, and task orders; coordinate spares, repairs, and service contracts.
• Track delivery, risk, RCCA, and program metrics; report updates in PMRs with customers.
• Support field events and coordinate parts, travel, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure SOP compliance and identify process improvements; travel up to 15% annually.
