Job summary

Serco is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery Analyst to lead a team of HM&E and C5ISR SMEs evaluating and managing the delivery of new amphibious ships and sustaining existing fleet assets. You will work with government and industry partners to ensure on-time, cost-effective ship alterations and post-delivery availability.

This role requires the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance and a U.S. citizenship, with a Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant Navy/Coast Guard ship construction or ship repair experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Strong leadership and program management skills with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage projects and task orders with high technical depth across HM&E and C5ISR domains.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations and coordination with AITs and related documentation.
