Job summary

Serco is seeking a mid-level PD Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SMEs in evaluating and delivering new amphibious ships and maintaining existing fleet assets. You will coordinate with government and industry partners, ensuring timely, cost-effective execution of alterations and post-delivery activities.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience including supervisory duties in Navy ship construction or repair.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience, with U.S. Navy/Coast Guard ship construction/repair.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret clearance.
• Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) specifications and alterations to ships.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and managing ship alterations post-delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and assist the Government PD PAPM.
• Manage projects and task orders for customers with high technical requirements.
• Ensure shipboard alterations are executed per regulatory and MOA requirements.
• Coordinate PD events including CSLO and SOVT.
• Support budget planning, cost management, and business development.
