Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment support for multiple DoD-fielded systems. You will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams to ensure performance, repair, and spares planning throughout the lifecycle.

This role demands strong leadership, project management, and a focus on quality, schedule, and continuous improvement, including RCCA actions and cost control. Travel up to 15% and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for post-delivery activities with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities, including prioritization and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order management.
• Coordinate spares/repair quoting, orders, and service proposals for integration, testing, and training.
• Plan and execute service events with customers and Saab staff; ensure parts/materials availability.
