Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for fielded DoD systems. You will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams to ensure quality, risk management, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading depot and customer support, managing spares and repairs, and driving program metrics while coordinating with Contracts, Finance, and Manufacturing. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or related experience.
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for post-delivery activities with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide oversight of depot and customer support; manage prioritization, resources, and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, including quoting and PO reviews.
• Coordinate spares/repairs, service contracts, on-site testing and training activities.
• Plan and execute service events with cross-functional teams; ensure parts availability.
• Support field technicians during service events and coordinate follow-ups.
• Track on-time delivery and key metrics; manage cost, schedule, and quality.
• Contribute to financial planning with revenue forecasts and order projections.
• Identify failure trends; request RCCA reports and mitigate inventory risks.
• Ensure smooth handovers to Production Program Manager and prepare customer reports.
