Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for DoD fielded systems. You will serve as the main contact for post-delivery efforts, coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams through the lifecycle of fielded assets.

The role requires strong program management, cross-functional coordination, and a focus on quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, with up to 15% travel. A Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Project Management and collaborative team environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities, including prioritization and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage contracts and task orders, including quotes, PO reviews, and order management.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, and service contracts for integrations and on-site testing.
• Plan and execute service events with stakeholders and ensure parts availability.
• Support field technicians during events and drive follow-up actions.
• Track delivery and key metrics to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Contribute to revenue forecasts and order projections in financial planning.
• Analyze failure trends and drive RCCA actions and inventory risk mitigation.
• Complete system handovers with Production PMs and present program updates.
