Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment support activities for multiple DoD customers.

You will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams throughout the lifecycle of fielded systems, ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive program performance, with up to 15% travel annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in project management and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-delivery contact coordinating with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide leadership of depot and customer support activities, including cost and schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quotes, PO reviews, and Task Order Management.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, on-site testing, and training activities.
• Track delivery performance and key program metrics across sustainment.
• Develop customer reports and present updates at PMRs.
