Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment for DoD customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage spares and service proposals, and ensure on-time delivery and quality across post-delivery activities.

The role requires a Secret clearance, strong PM skills, and experience coordinating with customers, leadership, and Saab engineers. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years
• Experience in a collaborative team environment
• Experience in Project Management
• Secret security clearance required
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for post-delivery activities.
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, and PO reviews.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, and service proposals for integration and testing.
• Coordinate service event planning with customers, Saab engineers, and field technicians.
• Support field technicians during service events and follow-up discussions.
• Track delivery, cost, schedule, and quality across sustainment activities.
• Participate in financial planning with revenue forecasts and orders projections.
