Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment support for multiple DoD fielded systems.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities, coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams across the lifecycle. The successful candidate will apply program management principles to ensure performance, quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, with travel up to 15% and a strong emphasis on collaboration and timely

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years experience or Master’s with 3+ years
• Experience in Project Management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Must hold a Secret Security Clearance

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities with program leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities including prioritization, resource planning, and cost/schedule performance
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order Management
• Coordinate spares and repairs, service contracts, on-site testing and troubleshooting, and training activities
• Track on-time delivery and other program metrics to ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met
• Develop customer reports and present updates at PMRs
• Travel up to 15% annually
