Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment for multiple DoD products, serving as the primary contact for post-delivery activities and coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams.

You will lead depot and customer support, manage spares and service contracts, and track key metrics to meet cost, schedule and quality objectives. Must hold a Secret clearance; travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in Project Management and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Word, Visio, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-delivery contact with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support, including cost and schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, and task order management.
• Coordinate spares, repairs, service contracts and integration efforts.
• Track on-time delivery and key program metrics; ensure cost, schedule and quality objectives.
• Participate in revenue forecasts and order projections in financial planning.
• Travel up to 15% annually, domestically and internationally.
