HomeXpress Mortgage Corp is seeking a Post Closer to join the Post Closing team in our Santa Ana office. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation after closing, tracking trailing documents, and preparing paperwork for investors.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of mortgage lending/post-closing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality checks on trailing documents to ensure completeness.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues related to trailing documentation with partners (e.g., missing signatures, incorrect data).
• Maintain organized electronic files and records of trailing documents.
• Ensure all documents are filed and indexed for easy retrieval.
• Review and respond to investor requests for documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Servicing to streamline post-closing processes.
