Job summary

Total Mortgage Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Post-Closing Specialist to ensure accuracy of loan files, resolve RESPA conditions, and maintain up-to-date documentation. You will review investor checklists, draft mortgage assignments, and liaise with attorneys and borrowers to obtain missing information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related Closing/Post Closing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations (RESPA, HMDA, Regulation Z) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain outstanding closing packages in a timely manner.
• Upload closing packages to LOS system.
• Review closing documents for accuracy using investor checklists.
• Search town/county sites for recorded documents.
• Draft assignments of mortgages for execution.
• Deliver/upload closed loan files to investors and resolve investor conditions.
• Contact attorneys/borrowers for missing items or corrections.
